This is a structured rehab process for athletes who want to fix the root problem, rebuild properly, and return to performance — not just get cleared to play.

We’ll use your email address to send you our information before the call. We also respect your privacy like it’s our own. We will never sell, distribute or divulge your information to anyone, ever.
A proven, step-by step system, designed to take you from where you are now to performing at your best!
✔ Rebuild Strength and Capacity Properly
Progressively load the injury so it can tolerate the demands of your sport — not just everyday movement.
✔ Restore Movement and Confidence
Improve how you move, cut, accelerate and decelerate so you trust your body again under pressure.
✔ Return to the Field Without Guesswork
Use objective testing and structured progressions to guide your return — reducing the risk of setbacks.
We are not a traditional physio clinic. We are a high-performance facility operating out of two elite training environments. Most physiotherapy clinics run on a sessional model — short appointments, spaced out over weeks, with athletes left to manage most of their rehab on their own.
That approach may work for general populations.
It’s not enough for athletes.
Our model is different.
- You don’t just get exercises — you train with us on the gym floor
- Your rehab is supervised, progressed, and tracked diligenetly
- You have access to unlimited sessions per week, not just occasional appointments
- We integrate gym-based rehab with field-based progressions to ensure transfer back to sport
The goal is simple: execute your rehab properly, consistently, and at the level required to return to sport.
We work exclusively with athletes. Most clinics treat a broad mix of clients — from post-surgical patients to general aches and pains.
We don’t.
We work exclusively with athletes who are serious about getting back to their sport. That means:
- Every system we’ve built is designed for athletic performance
- Every program is tailored to the demands of your sport
- Every progression is based on what’s required to compete — not just function
We don’t just return you to play — we return you to perform. Returning to play is the baseline. We build you to perform beyond it. From day one, your rehab is structured to rebuild Strength, Speed, Power, Confidence under pressure So when you return, you’re not just “cleared” — you’re ready to perform.
Our standard is simple: When you step back on the field, you should look strong, confident, and capable — not like someone who’s just come off an injury.
Jou join our Sports Rehab Program for a weekly fee, and we design a program specific to your injury and goals. You’ll have access to your program via our training app, and attend as many supervised rehab sessions as needed throughout the week. Each session is completed with a Physiotherapist on the gym floor, ensuring your rehab is executed correctly and progressed appropriately.
At the very least once per week. This depends on what’s practical for you. You’ll have your full rehab program in our training app, including exercise videos, sets, reps, and when to complete each session. From there, it’s up to you how much you complete independently and how much you complete with us in the gym and on the field We recommend completing as much of your rehab as possible with us under supervision to ensure proper execution and progression. Some athletes travel long distances and attend once per week for a longer session, completing the rest independently. Others attend multiple times per week and benefit from more consistent guidance and support.
The length of your rehab is guided by evidence-based timelines and the specific demands of your injury. To give you a clearer idea:
- ACL reconstruction: ~12 months
- Grade 1 ATFL sprain: ~4 weeks
- High Grade 2 ATFL sprain: ~12 weeks
- Non-operative shoulder dislocation: ~12–18 weeks
- Post-operative shoulder labral repair: ~9 months
- Ongoing groin pain (e.g. osteitis pubis): ~3–9 months
Some injuries follow fairly predictable timelines — such as ACL or ankle ligament injuries. However, more complex or long-standing issues (like chronic hamstring or groin pain) will vary depending on the severity of the injury and findings from your assessment. Your program is structured around progressing you through each stage of rehab — not just time — so you’re prepared for the demands of your sport.
This will depend on your specific injury or goals. Here are a few common scenarios to give you an idea of what to expect:
1) Fresh Injury / Initial Diagnosis (e.g. recent muscle strain or acute injury)
- For athletes with a very recent injury who need clarity on what’s going on and what to do next.
- We carry out a detailed assessment to understand the injury, what structures may be involved, and how severe it is.
- If needed, we may refer you for imaging (e.g. MRI, ultrasound) or to the appropriate specialist to ensure you get the right diagnosis.
- From there, we map out a clear plan so you know exactly how to manage it and what the next steps look like — no uncertainty, just direction.
2) Immediately Post-Operation (e.g. shoulder labrum repair)
- We map out your rehab timeline so you know exactly what to expect from early protection through to return to sport.
- You’ll be guided through initial rehab, along with lower body and conditioning work you can safely complete while immobilised.
- The he goal: protect the repair, stay active, and avoid unnecessary deconditioning.
3) Mid or End-Stage Recovery (e.g. 6–12 months post-injury or surgery)
- For athletes who have started rehab but aren’t where they should be — still dealing with pain, lack of confidence, or performance limitations.
- We focus on identifying what’s been missed and why progress has stalled.
- Using objective testing and movement analysis, we pinpoint the issue and build a clear plan — no guesswork, just direction.
4) Recurrent or Long-Standing Injuries (e.g. repeated hamstring strains)
- Injuries that keep coming back or never fully resolve, especially as intensity increases.
- We look beyond the injury to identify underlying factors contributing to the issue.
- Through testing and movement analysis, we find the gaps and build a plan to address them — not just managing symptoms, but fixing the problem long-term.
We don’t base this on how you feel or how things look — we use clear, objective criteria that you must meet before returning to sport.
For some injuries, these criteria are well-established (e.g. ACL rehabilitation). For others, we develop specific benchmarks based on your injury, assessment findings, and the demands of your sport. Your return is guided by a combination of:
- Objective testing (using our VALD and Keiser systems)
- Strength and capacity benchmarks
- Video analysis, movement quality and sport-specific assessments
This ensures you’re not just “feeling okay” — you’ve actually demonstrated that your body is ready. Because of this, our athletes typically return with confidence — and in almost all cases, are pushing to get back on the field once they’ve completed the required criteria.
Your progress isn’t based on guesswork — it’s tracked objectively throughout your rehab. We regularly assess key markers such as strength, Power, stability and movement quality Using our VALD and Keiser systems, along with ongoing movement analysis, we can clearly see how you’re improving over time. You’ll also progress through specific phases of rehab, with clear targets to hit at each stage — so you always know where you’re at and what’s next. And if you’re not progressing, we know – and we adjust. This means you’re not just hoping things are getting better — you can see and measure your progress every step of the way.
Yes — you can use your private health insurance for eligible sessions. We provide all necessary documentation to support your claims. If you’re unsure about your level of cover or what you can claim, we recommend checking directly with your provider.
If you’ve tried physio in the past, it was likely a more traditional, session-based model — short appointments every 1–2 weeks to monitor and progress your rehab. For competitive athletes, that’s often not enough. That’s where our model is different. We work with you on the gym floor, ensuring your rehab is executed properly, progressed consistently, and adjusted when needed. We also test diligently and regularly to make sure you’re actually moving forward. That’s why we see such strong results with our athletes — because we don’t follow the usual physio standard, we deliver the Athlete Standard.
This program is for competitive athletes who have suffered an injury and want to return to sport the right way. If you’re willing to commit to a structured rehab process and focus on rebuilding the strength, capacity, and movement required for your sport — this is built for you.
